| PAY CONDITIONS :
- 25% of the total booking price is required to confirm your booking;
- The balance payment (75% of the total confirmed booking price) is due 4 weeks prior to your holiday arrival date;
OTHER CONDITIONS :
- Please note that if you are booking within 4 weeks of the departure date, we will require the full payment of the cost of your holiday.
- In non-timely payment, we can cancel a reservation.
- A deposit of € 100 (apartment) or € 300 (villa), will be charged (to be paid upon arrival)
- At the departure we pay the deposit return, under the conditions that the apartment is turn back in good condition, without any damage.
- The apartments are smoke-free (on the terraces smoking is possible).
- Pets are not allowed.
- The keys of the apartment are available on the day of arrival from 16.00 hours.
- At departure, our guests has to return the apartment keys before 10.00 hours (pm) in the morning.
In some cases it is possible to request an adjustment of these times.
CANCELLATION :
- Cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival, cost 25% penalty of the total invoice.
- Cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival 90% penalty
- Less then 7 days before arrival 100% penalty
